“Alyonka” is one of the most well-known chocolate brands of Russia. Its production started in 1965 by the Red October factory.
The famous picture on the chocolate depicts a real girl – daughter of an artist who was working at the factory. Her name really is Elena – Alyonka for short – and she was 8 months when the picture was taken.
A lot of peple say that the chocolate is very nice, and the design is very Russian, so it is a nice and affordable present.
